Carrot Rice, The Perfect Side Dish
Want a fantastic side dish? Try carrot rice. Wash basmati rice, drain for thirty minutes, saute rice with chopped red onion for three minutes, add carrot juice and a little water, bring to a boil, turn the heat down and cover, cook for twenty minutes. Do not lift lid. Serve with poultry or fish.
