Don't diet... they never work. Just change your lifestyle slighty. Use smaller plates, you'll eat less. Eating 3 eggs? Throw out one york. Hungry for a snack? Eat fresh fruit and vegetables. Reduce the amount of food you eat. Order the appetitizer portion at restaurants. Eat half a candy. Only drink water - no soda or alcohol. Takes walks around the neighborhood.
